Our 9 acre country property is situated on a private road in the Bream Bay area of Northland, New Zealand. We overlook Bream Bay with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean including various islands as well as views of mountains, farm and forest. The two of us - Emma and James - reside in the main house with the rental accommodation located 20 metres away in a private self contained cabin positioned to take advantage of the magnificent sea and country views. The cabin has a kitchenette, shower/toilet and a double bed (with an electric blanket) so can accommodate a single person or a couple. In the cabin you'll find air conditioning, a heater, wifi, cellphone coverage, flat screen TV with Freeview channels, books, microwave, kettle, hot plate, pots/pans, cutlery, table and chairs. The cabin also contains tea/coffee making facilities as well as breakfast cereals and milk in the fridge alongwith some snacks There is a washing machine and drier available in the main house for laundry if staying 3 or more nights. We have several acres of native forest as well as pasture for our two horses so feel free to wander around the property or go for a forest walk. Down in the forest you'll find an outdoor table and chair set perfect for a picnic whilst listening to the bird song.
