Situated in the heart of Greytown, a 5 min walk to the supermarket and picturesque main street full of upmarket bars, restaurants, and boutiques, this house is must for those wanting to take in all Greytown has to offer. There are four generous bedrooms, the primary with a king bed and ensuite, and the remaining bedrooms containing queen beds. You’ll be able to relax in an open space lounge, dining and kitchen area that opens out to a large north-west facing and sunny deck – perfect for those afternoon gins. The kitchen contains all the necessary wares to self-cater, or you could take advantage of the many great bars, restaurants, and vineyards in the region. Wi-fi and quality linen are provided, as is a modern fire with firewood provided for those crisp winter days, a reverse cycle heat pump and a washing machine available for those longer stays. A two-night minimum applies for all bookings. A premium rate may apply during special event and holiday periods (e.g. Toast Martinborough, Easter, Waitangi weekend etc).
