Clearview is a 3 bedroom holiday home with plenty of character and wonderful views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. This multi-level home offers excellent stargazing from the living area/deck and master bedroom. The second level is an open plan living and dining area with heat pump \ (log burner not in use sorry) and a well equipped kitchen. Walking from the lounge out onto the sun drenched deck there is the opportunity to enjoy some al fresco dining, whilst taking in the stunning surroundings. Also on this level is the first of the three bedrooms with a queen bed. The upper level of the property has the master bedroom with queen bed and large window to encapsulate the view. The third bedroom has two single beds. On this level there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a basin and shower. Clearview is in a quiet location just a short walk (approx. 10 mins) to the town centre, supermarket, shops, restaurants, lakefront and the Church of the Good Shepherd along with beautiful walking & biking tracks just beyond the back lawn of the property. By prior agreement, this pet-friendly holiday home welcomes well-behaved dogs, so your whole family can enjoy the break (not fenced). A small fee applies.

Lake Tekapo is renowned for it's stunning night sky, beautiful scenery and unbeatable climate! Tekapo has a lot on offer whatever the season...skiing, boating, fishing, walking, tramping, mountain biking, photography, star-gazing, horse treks, scenic flights, ice-skating, golf, paddle boarding, 4WDing, hot pools...and more! This property is located just a few minutes drive from Tekapo’s village centre, lakefront, restaurants, shops, hot springs and observatory. Mt Dobson and Roundhill Ski Areas are both within an hours drive. Tekapo is also the perfect base for exploring neighbouring Mackenzie Country attractions like Twizel, Lakes' Pukaki & Ohau and Aoraki Mount Cook.
