We offer a professional friendly service to enable guests to choose and secure their specific holiday home for that special holiday away with family and friends. On offer is a selection of Luxury, Superior, Family and Couples accommodation options that cater for those who seek peace of mind at holiday time. Meet Barry and Lesley Over the past 25 years Lesley and Barry have traveled for pleasure and business to many places around the world, however for them the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, is home. Lesley comes from a background of sales, marketing and real estate. Barry is a qualified joiner/carpenter and has worked in the building industry for over 40 years of which 20 plus years have been at a senior management level. For 4 years Lesley and Barry jointly managed a luxury lodge in Russell, where the guests comfort, needs and privacy was paramount. We are fully financial members of the Independent Property Managers Association and follow their Code of Ethics.

From the villa's privileged vantage point you can see and hear the crashing waves whilst, at night, Kiwis can be heard foraging in the bush. Neighborhood info

Russell was the first capital of New Zealand and lies across the Bay from Waitangi where the famous treaty was signed with the Maoris in the 18th Century. Nowadays Russell remains a peaceful waterfront village, approached either by a five-minute car ferry from Opua or the passenger ferry from Paihia. Russell is sub-tropical with summer temperatures into the 30°C, winter temperatures only fall to around 9°C or 10°C. The Bay of Islands boasts 144 Islands and many secluded bays it is one of the finest maritime parks in New Zealand. There is an abundance of marine life, including whales, penguins, dolphins, gannets the famous blue and black marlin. The Bay offers many activities to choose from; sailing, diving, hiking, sky diving, jet boating, beaches, dolphin excursions, golf, fishing charters, fine harvested local food, wine, arts and crafts, Cape Reinga, Ninety Mile Beach and cruising to the Hole in the Rock.
