Our modern self contained, stand alone studio is situated at the rear of our property in the heart of Clyde, a premium location. We have a self check in where we provide you with a number for the lock box which will contain the key. The private garden setting has a small table and chairs outdoors for you to enjoy. We have a small BBQ in the private area for your use. Free Wifi and TV are available for your enjoyment. The studio is heated and cosy in winter but also has air conditioning in summer. There is a small kitchenette with your tea, coffee, milk and herbal teas supplied, along with a coffee plunger. The kitchenette has a bench high fridge, electric kettle, toaster, induction hot plate and well equipped with cutlery, dinnerware. . We offer safe off street parking.

My husband and I have lived in Clyde for the past fifteen years and love the area. We would like to welcome you to our special little town, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our location could not be any better, we are a minute walk to Paulina's Bar and Restaurant, which is extremely popular, the wood fired pizzas are delicious. There are several other good quality Cafe and Restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, The Bank Cafe, Dunstan House, Victoria Store Cafe, Oliver's Brewery and Restaurant, Post Office Cafe and the Recharge Bar for lovely cold pressed juices. There is a boutique cinema also a minute walk away for your enjoyment also. As you will see you will not have far to go to enjoy the hospitality of the locals. There is wonderful boutique shopping minutes away with quality Art Galleries, Giftware, Clothing etc to tempt you. The historic walk around Clyde where you follow plaques in the footpath, brochures are supplied in the folder in your room along with the river walk along the Clutha River is also beautiful. The local Museum is also worth a visit. We are a couple of minutes walk to three Bike Hire/Tour Companies making the start and finish of the Otago Rail Trail, Roxburgh Gorge and the Lake Dunstan Cycle tracks super easy. The Clyde Bowling Club and Dunstan Golf Club welcome fee paying visitors.
