Great location, walking distance to restaurants or just dine at the restaurant attached , easy ! Rooms were spotless, comfortable and we totally enjoyed our stay here . Parking was right outside your room and being on the ground floor you had a little patio outside which was a nice touch .

Spacious and has everything you need for a short stay. Close to some incredible wineries and the Motorsport park. We stayed here to run the Queenstown marathon and loved the location because we got to experience all the areas on route to Queenstown. The views of the snow capped ranges was quite special too.

We love the private rural area, the view from our sliding door was amazing! Fran met us as we arrived told us how to find our way to the River thru a small path near by! The shower was lovely. Milk in the fridge was great! Thank you

This property is the best one during my trip in New Zealand. Not only for all the facilities with top 1 cleaniness, but also for the hospitality from the owner. We forgot our foods in the fridge while the owner contacted us immediately and kept them for us to pick up during the trip. I recommend this property not only for its location with a super nice view of the garden and stargazing, but also for the property quality and owner's hospitality.

Quiet, pretty and convenient setting. Good bike storage. Good sized room with all the things we needed, including kitchen gear. Cheryl was helpful and kind.
