The staff was very communicative and helpful, both over chat and intercom. We arrived late and left early, and they were very helpful making sure we could still check in and out. The room was very comfortable with a good shower, nice bed and kitchenette. We would have gladly stayed longer if time had allowed.

Nice and comfortable lounge, bedroom, bath room setting. Free wine tasting in small group(actually only us) was unexpected, and found truely premium Pinot /resieling which changed my perception of NZ wines. Enjoying a cup of tea at the table in the pergola with mountain view and vineyard near by. Missed out public wine tasting which should offer more bottles in the other building, well, probably another time. Staff in reception and restaurant are nice and helpful.

What Guests Said About Queenstown:

Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.0

Great for adventure and unique experiences.

Great for adventure and unique experiences. It is high-cost and busy in winter, but it offers plenty of options and stunning scenery. The ski fields are good, but buses can get booked out at peak times, and hiring gear can take a while on the mountain. Consider transport and accommodation options carefully, including that there are some steep hills, etc. The public bus is challenging as you need to get a Bee card, add credit, assign it to the number of people using it (with the bus driver) and tag on/off.

Staying at Frankton was great as nice and quiet.

Staying at Frankton was great as nice and quiet. Then easy as to get to town on the ferries which is every hour and right there in front to the complex. Queenstown is easy to get around, with lots of options to eat and if staying longer a good place to base yourself to do day trips.

Our favourite parts of our stay in Queenstown included the proximity to all recommended 'must do' activities and famous landmarks. The town is vibrant and very welcoming. We ate twice at our favourite Korean restaurant because the food was exceptional! MAPO 88- Korean Dining Bar. We also developed a fondness for our local bar & restaurant called The Exchange Hotel. We love Queenstown!

Located far from the city and road, so this is a quiet hotel to stay at. There were enough car parking spaces and we were lucky we never had a problem with that at any time. The room had the best blinds we found in New Zealand, so you don't have to wake up at 5AM when the sun rises. Also, the bed and pillows were super comfortable for us. The location is good, just between Queenstown and the commercial area.

It was our first visit to Queenstown and this airbnb is really value for money. Location is good, not in town which escaped the ciaos but having the pretty lake and mountain view, all attractions places are just 10-15mins driving distance. The house has everything we need for our stay, and can stay up to 5 person =)
