staff were so kind and friendly at every turn. rooms are stunning, clean and have everything you need. the lakeside view is incredible. super helpful shuttle to take you into town and there's a gorgeous lakeside path to walk it if you prefer.

Nice and comfortable lounge, bedroom, bath room setting. Free wine tasting in small group(actually only us) was unexpected, and found truely premium Pinot /resieling which changed my perception of NZ wines. Enjoying a cup of tea at the table in the pergola with mountain view and vineyard near by. Missed out public wine tasting which should offer more bottles in the other building, well, probably another time. Staff in reception and restaurant are nice and helpful.

The location was excellent. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and the Alpine two-bedroom unit was much bigger than I expected for the price — it was incredibly good value. There was also a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable.

Clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location downtown. 2 minute walk to gondola, shops, restaurants. Famous Fergburger right around the corner.

The views from the yop floor suites cannot be beat. While the drive up to the hotel we were a bit concerned it really exceeded once inside. Service fro Nick who is a bit of a one man band was impeccable. Overall we loved our stay and even ordered food in so as to enjoy the suite more.

we had been traveling for some weeks when we reached eichardts, so having laundry facilities in our apartment suite were an unexpected bonus. The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodations

Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast and pre-dinner canapés were delicious! Staff are the highlight of our stay, everyone was welcoming and made us feel at home.

Gorgeous location and wonderful people who take care of the property, really amazing experience, makes you feel like home. The Remarkables Suite View room is delightful. We really recommand the accomodation while in Queenstown, being a jewellery settled in the heart of the stunning town.
