I have been a resident of Queenstown for over 35 years. I love to snowboard in the winter and wakeboard, hike with my dogs and go boating in the summer. I love to travel and I really enjoy the travellers coming to Queenstown. I love to eat good food and enjoy live entertainment as well as reading and getting pampered at the spa. I love to take vacations by the beach as I love to swim in the ocean. I look forward to helping you have the best time in Queenstown. Master bedroom with ensuite and perfect views, second bedroom features a private court yard, third bedroom features outstanding, wide open views. The shared bathroom has seperate shower and bath. Fourth bedroom is downstairs and access is via the garage it includes its own ensuite. Open plan living area is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring Queenstown or simply soaking in the views. With comfortable sofas, roaring fire and a glass of your favourite pinot. Sit back and enjoy your choice of movies on tv or surround yourself with your favourite music.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in a quiet street in a high end neighbourhood a short distance from town. There is a dairy, takeaway plus an outstanding resturant walking distance from the house. You can walk to the town centre along the lake from a shortcut from the house. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and tranquil and is a great place to relax and soak in the views.
