This sun filled one bedroom apartment overlooks Wellington's most creative streets - with all of the best cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries that Wellington has to offer only a few meters away. Also only a short 5-10 minute walk into the CBD, Massey and Victoria University. Enjoy a stylish experience in this Penthouse Apartment.

Harbourside business and leisure district, Te Aro, is home to Te Papa Tongarewa Museum, with exhibits on colonial history and Maori culture. Galleries and theatres show work by emerging talent, while chic craft stores and boutiques dot Cuba Street, alongside gastropubs, brunch cafes, and veggie bistros. Food trucks can be found at Harbourside Market, and Waitangi Park is popular for waterfront picnics.
