Unwind and relax in this this warm, welcoming and light-filled cottage, just 200m from The Square and on the same side of town as Martinborough’s vineyards. The spacious back deck gets afternoon sun right through to sunset in the summer - the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local wine. With bikes, games, and inviting indoor spaces, it’s an easy, well-located base for families, friends, or wine lovers to relax and explore.
Soak up the sun from dawn to dusk on the perfectly positioned decks, while the kids stay happily entertained with the large Springfree Trampoline and outdoor games (Pick-up Sticks, Kubb, Ring Toss).
Inside, the simple but well-equipped kitchen opens via bi-fold doors to a spacious deck - perfect for alfresco meals in the warmer months.
Enjoy a generous open-plan living and dining area with a heat pump to keep things warm and comfortable year-round. The lounge includes a TV with Freeview, plus a great selection of board games and puzzles like Ticket to Ride, Articulate, Beat the Parents, Twister, Charades for Kids, and Family Feud.
Bedroom details:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, panel heater, and French doors opening onto a sunny porch.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, panel heater, drawers, and a clothing rack with hangers.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, panel heater, side table.
We also have two bikes and helmets available - ideal for exploring the town or cruising between cellar doors.

Please note that the house has one bathroom and no laundry facilities, but a convenient coin-operated laundromat is located nearby.
The trampoline entrance does not zip shut, so we kindly ask that small children are supervised at all times.
