The nearest beach is about 10 mins and so is the famous Mt Manaia. Depending on how much you want to challenge yourself, this area offers some of the best hikes of Whangārei. Please if you’re new to the area, our guidebook can help you plan your trip. Being away from the town doesn’t mean being away from the facilities. There is a Four Square about 5km from the property and the area offers some beautiful cafes and a tavern. The Tavern (locally known as Pub) can be quite busy so we suggest booking ahead.
