Welcome to Deb's Place.
A new 2 bdrm fully fenced purpose built cottage situated 11 km off SH1 and 26 km from Christchurch airport.
A quiet rural/residential neighborhood with shopping complex 1 km away (includes a supermarket, petrol station, tavern and numerous takeaway options).
Pets are welcome BY ARRANGEMENT in the COTTAGE. We also have a separate STUDIO UNIT attached to our house which is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit has tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and toaster provided.
There is an internal garage with the cottage and ample off street parking for studio guests.
Debbie comes from a banking background but for the past 2 years she has worked for the Canterbury SPCA. She is passionate about animals and has a qualification in dog psychology and dog care.
Ian has sold real estate in Christchurch for over 35 years but is now nearing retirement. He is an avid sportsman who still enjoys playing bowls and golf.
We are located in a newish rural residential development of high quality homes approx 1km from the new Mandeville shopping centre. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and very friendly. We are sited on 4200m2 with the cottage being fully fenced and completely separate from the main house. Apart from the shopping complex we are also very close to the Mandeville sports centre and the popular Ohoka market.
Kaiapoi, Rangiora, and Christchurch city are all within easy driving distance and for those who enjoy skiing Mount Hutt is approx 120 kms away
