The property is situated on a 1700 square meter section on the outskirts of Takaka. There is a main house and a separately rented out self-contained unit, attached to the main building. The care takers do not live on site.
It is a 20 minutes walk to the shops and cafe's or 3 minutes by car. Takaka township is 15 minutes drive from the popular beaches.
