Property info

Elliot Bay is a peaceful and private east coast beach, far away from any hustle and bustle. This comfortable 1-bedroom unit is the flat below the Hill Cottage, another accommodation unit, but with its own entrance and patio. The unit has a separate bedroom with queen bed, a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a lounge with a fold-out couch than can sleep 2 people if requested. It has expansive valley and beach views from the outdoor areas, and it is a short walk down to a pristine beach.

Neighborhood info

Rural location. The Hill Cottage and Hill Cottage Flat are situated on a working farm and you may have cows as your neighbours. The outlook is beach, a farmland valley and native bush. Please note there is very poor cell phone reception, but there is Wifi for messaging services etc. We are a 35-minute drive from Russell through forest and farms. Russell is the closest town for groceries and cafes etc. Elliot Bay is 60 minutes from Whangārei, the nearest city.
