The house is Epsom, 1km from Mt Eden and 2.2km from Eden Park! the place is surrounded by reserves so people noise is at a minimum. We enjoy lots of visitors from overseas who use this place as a last stop before flying off or as a first stop from Auckland airport. It is walkable to the Mt Eden shops and Newmarket and we are one bus zone to the Auckland CBD
We have used booking dot com in our travels. With family moving out we thought it is a good time to sell the vacant rooms. We don't provide breakfast as there is so many options available at the close by shops. We can offer advise as to the best places to explore and how to get there
