The fine print
The property has reduced office hours on all Public Holiday's. If you expect to arrive on a public holiday, please contact the property in advance to arrange check-in, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party' policy at all times. Only registered guests are permitted in the apartments after 21:00, and no visitors are allowed on the premises between 21:00 and 09:00. Any violation of these policies may result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged if necessary. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside the units.
Pets are welcome at a fee of $35 per pet, per night. This fee is payable upon arrival and is not included in the initial booking amount. Guests are only charged the room rate at the time of booking.
