Situated in the heart of Russell and minutes walking distance to everything this vibrant community has to offer. Our spacious modern home looks over downtown Russell to Paihia and Waitangi. The 49 steps are not for the faint hearted, but the view and outdoor living area are well worth it. Living areas are open plan with bifold doors from kitchen and dining areas to the outdoors. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with views to the Bay and the other north facing. There are 2 bathrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 4 adults in two upstairs bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other super king. There are 2 bathrooms on this level. The kitchen has modern appliances and is extremely well equipped. There are two seating areas to relax in and a window seat with fabulous views over the Bay. There is a separate laundry with a washer, dryer and downstairs toilet. Linen is provided with the exclusion of beach towels.
