Built between 1910 and 1920, this charming two-story home is tucked away in Bluff, right across from the beach and the ocean! That’s right—open the windows for a stunning sea view, and take just a few steps to feel the sand beneath your feet. Though the house has some years behind it, it’s still full of life, with a vintage and cozy two-story design. It features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests—plus 1 more if someone doesn’t mind sleeping on the sofa! The two upstairs bedrooms face the ocean, so you can wake up to the sunrise and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. The downstairs bedroom also offers a sea view. !!! Heads up so there are no surprises!!! Since this is an old house, soundproofing is not so great. If there are guests staying next door, you will probably hear them in the downstairs bedroom. However, the upstairs rooms won’t be affected. We have also been made aware that our king/queen mattresses may be too hard for some guests. Single beds are rather soft. Plenty of parking spaces on the main road, alternatively drive up along the driveway and there are some spaces behind the house.

5-minute walk to the town centre, Four Square, shops, and the Bluff Ferry Terminal. 20-minute walk to the Stirling Point, the starting point of Highway 1 in the South Island! You’ll find a scenic restaurant with a great atmosphere on the hillside.
