Step inside to discover a cozy interior with a touch of retro charm, leading out to a sun-soaked deck where you can unwind with a glass of bubbly and take in the stunning scenery. Perfect for those seeking a stylish and comfortable getaway. Set up as 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom sleeping a total of 4 guests. The living space is warm and inviting thanks to its north-facing windows that let in the glorious morning and afternoon sun. Take a moment to soak in the picturesque views of Raglan Inner Harbour that are sure to leave you in awe. The kitchen, designed in the classic Bach style, but is spacious and fully equipped for all your holiday cooking needs. A full-size fridge, electric stove and cooktop, kettle, and toaster are all at your disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Just a heads up, there is no bathtub in this space. The Master has a Queen bed and harbour facing windows so you can take in the beautiful views without leaving your snug bed. The second bedroom features two single beds with a peek of the harbour as well. Step out onto the wrap-around deck to extend your living space and soak in the breathtaking morning sunrises and evening sunsets over the harbour. All Groundswell Properties include: Linen, towels, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap), tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher powder. Please note there is an elevated wrap-around deck with railing, but is currently not safe for young children who could squeeze through gaps in the rails. This is a hazard area that we are aware of and is in the process of being remedied, but this property is not suited to young children. If you choose to disregard this information, the safety of your children is your responsibility.

Harbourside Cove is located a short 5 minute walk down to the Raglan Wharf where you can find Raglan Fish for local fish and chips and The Wharf Kitchen and Bar for lunches or evening meals. Also on the Wharf are some local artisan shops: Tony Sly Pottery and Soul Shoes plus you can hop on the Wahine Moe Harbour cruise and enjoy the view from the water. And in a short 12-minute walk along the waterfront, you will find yourself in the main street of our Vibrant Raglan township for more shopping, eateries and entertainment. Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area. Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays. Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing. The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities. Do as much or as little as you want – the choice is yours. Raglan is a fantastic holiday destination any time of year.
