A large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with all the mod cons, dishwasher, Nespresso, fridge and induction stove and oven. Large enough to seat 8 at the table and 5 at the kitchen bench-top. Three of the four bedrooms open out onto a large deck which runs the length of the house. There is 2.5 bathrooms, bathroom one has a toilet. Bathroom two: Toilet, bath and shower, and basin. Bathroom three is a ensuite to the master bedroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Plus the outdoor dining and lounge areas are perfect for soaking up the sun and views towards the Tararuas. In summer (Labour weekend through to Easter) guests will also have access to the communal pool and tennis courts.
