Please note, the flat is the lower level with the upper level occupied by other tenants. Holly'Flat is the lower level accommodation, so please expect some noise from general movement upstairs during the day. If you are sensitive to noise, our flat may not be suitable for you.
Broadmeadows is quite central and besides being conveniently close to the city, our suburb offers access to several walks to Mt Kaukau and beyond with spectacular views over the Harbour and the surrounding city.
