This newly renovated bungalow on Auckland’s West Coast offers a peaceful escape, just 50 minutes from the CBD. The accommodation is one of three dwellings on the property with 1 double bed in the bedroom and a single bed and a pull out couch in the living room. Surrounded by Kauri trees, you’ll enjoy the sounds of native birds and a nearby stream. The space features a separate kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxation. Only 500m to the beach and 400m to a waterfall-fed freshwater swimming pool. Ideal for nature lovers seeking a tranquil getaway with easy access to the coast and local attractions. Please note the driveway is somewhat steep, but a confident approach makes it quite manageable for most vehicles. At the top, there is ample space to safely turn around, making the drive back down straightforward. Unfortunatley the property is not accessible to vans.
