Walk 100 meters to the large reserve and your on the Lakefront. There are 2 Fuel Stations within 1 kilometer of the house and one of these has takeaway food as well as some grocery items. Taupo is a short 35 minute drive North and Turangi is 12 kilometers South where there are a Supermarket and a couple of Restaurants and Bars.
