Private studio with your own private waterfall garden and just a 5 minute walk to Whangarei Hospital. Free park outside your front door and walk to the Hospital. Elegant room with large screen TV and AppleTV box or plug your laptop in directly. Your own toilet/shower ensuite. A kitchenette with microwave, fridge and utensils. Out the window you'll see the limestone waterfall garden which is yours to occupy if you want to sip something nice in front of the limestone rock formations or even dine there - there is also a table and chairs inside the studio. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet and peaceful. As your hosts, Brendon and Delphine, we take hygiene and cleanliness seriously. Between stays we pressure vac all surfaces and follow up with a wipe down. We then steam blast all surfaces. Finally we steam clean the pillows, duvet, cushions and entire bathroom to ensure the studio is allergy-friendly

We are perfectly positioned for anyone visiting the Hospital as staff or patient. Being a few minutes walk from the Hospital itself, we can solve parking problems as the studio includes free parking. We are happy to offer free pick up and drop off to the Hospital for guests who would find the short walk challenging

There are many tourism sites in and around Whangarei from the dramatic Whangarei Falls to Whangarei Heads and the beaches of Ruakaka to the tranquility of Tutukaka. A couple of lesser known delights include the Raumanga stream just a 15 minute walk away. It's a scenic walk with bush, rapids, waterfalls and ponds. Also the Quarry gardens (relying on small donations rather than ticket sales) are just 5 minutes drive away
