Lockwood on Cologne is a warm and welcoming four bedroom home located just a short walk from Martinborough Square, local cafes, restaurants and vineyards. Sleeping up to eight guests, it is ideal for families, friends and wine weekend getaways. The space The main living areas have been updated with white painted walls to create a bright, modern feel, while the bedrooms retain the classic Lockwood timber warmth and character. The home offers comfortable open plan living, making it easy to relax and spend time together. The section is fully fenced and subject to a small fee, we're happy to accommodate up to two dogs. We kindly request that they stay off the furniture and beds, and aren't left home alone unless crated. In cooler months, enjoy the wood burner for cosy evenings indoors, along with the heat pump for quick and comfortable heating year-round. During warmer weather, open the doors onto the sunny deck and enjoy the large outdoor area and seasonal fruit trees, perfect for relaxed afternoons after exploring the region. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, Nespresso machine and microwave. Plunger, instant coffee, tea and sugar are provided, along with cooking oil, salt, pepper and other basics. There is one bathroom with a shower and basin only, the toilet is in a separate room (see pic). Located on the vineyard side of town, you can easily walk or bike to cellar doors, Martinborough Square, local shops and eateries. Two bikes are available for guest use, making it easy to explore everything Martinborough has to offer.
