Newly renovated private guest area in a modern home situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We offer two double bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and separate bathroom. The pricing is based on the use of both bedrooms, if you need the use of only one, please get in touch prior to booking and we can offer it to you for the price of single person. Towels and bed linen are provided Check in at your leisure as you can access the key to the place through a lockbox situated on the outside. Pin number will be sent after booking.
We love fishing, barbecuing, travelling and eating out. Hosting gives us the opportunity to meet all kinds of different people from all walks of life. From an Asian background but am proud to say we are Kiwi.
It’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket, cafe, takeaways, beach just down the road and a river you can walk along across the street. There's a golf course with a fantastic cafe 10km's away and if you like fishing there are many places to go, the refinery wharf, the pontoon, Ruakaka beach, One Tree Point boat ramp to name just a few.
