The sofa converts to a bed, suitable for one adult or two young children. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and jug. Also air conditioner unit for heating & cooling. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and toilet. This accommodation area forms part of the main house, but has a lockable door for privacy for guests and host. There is a separate covered carport. Laundry facilities are also separate.

We are close to the local dairy (corner store) for milk, bread etc; two takeaway shops; a liquor store and a small bakery/lunch bar. We also have an Indian mini market. We are close to the Southmall Shopping Centre, Manurewa Train Station, the beautiful Auckland Botanic Gardens and the recently refurbished Nathan Homestead. The Manurewa Cosmopolitan Club is a 10-15min walk or shorter drive, and the Bruce Pullman Events Center in Papakura is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Manukau Westfield Shopping Centre is also 10 to 15 minutes drive, as is the Dew Drop Events Center. We are close to the Takanini Motorway onramps for heading both North or South on SH1.
