Stay on working high country award winning merino sheep farm. A modern private apartment attached to a family home. Apartment has private entrance, outdoor space and free parking. Sheep, calves and hens are next to the free car park. On the verandah at night, enjoy the STARS with no town lighting pollution. Marytrickle is a perfect location for a base to explore the Mt Cook/Twizel/Lake Tekapo area has to offer, whilst experiencing life on a farm. Help feed the farm animals.
Welcome to MARYTRICKLE. With having traveled extensively myself, I enjoy meeting people from within NZ and all over the World. We live in a very special part of NZ, the Mackenzie Basin, rich in History with large Sheep Stations with the bonus of Iconic Scenery. I enjoy taking the time to help my guests make the most of there time while staying at MARYTRICKLE.
MARYTRICKLE is well located for you to enjoy our vast area; The Iconic "Church Of the Good Shepherd", which the Murray Family have a strong connection with. Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki. MARYTRICKLE is the perfect place to view our glorious "International Dark Sky Reserve". Our guest's are amazed with what they can viewed from just sitting outside MARYTRICKLE or lying in bed looking out our well designed skylight windows, without the interruption of town lighting pollution.
