This tiny house is equipped with a cassett toilet. To help maintain cleanliness and ensure a comfortable stay, an additional cleaning fee will be collected separately for stays of 5 nights or more. - Wifi is not available - Gas BBQ grill is available - The property is suitable for kids - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - All mobile providers receive good signal coverage in this area - Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) - Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house/ property - Smoking is permitted on the outdoor veranda, and the ashtray must be kept empty at all times. Pets Policy - Pets should be kept on a lead at all times - Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests - Please clean up after your dog/cat sheds before checking out - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and you must clean up after your pet’s droppings - Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property - We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay - Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
