Our managed properties are newly built between 2017 to 2020 with modern Kiwi lifestyle homes which will make your stay more enjoyable.

Matariki Star is located in a newly developed subdivision just 15 minutes to town by walk. It has a 4 bedrooms house and 3 suites on the property. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 master ensuites and 2 guest bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 people. There is floor heating in all bathrooms which maintains your comfort. The newly decorated lounge and well-equipment kitchen will make you feel at home. Also, the property comes with a 50" smart TV, Unlimited free WIFI, on-site parking and free amenities, which make it a perfect holiday home for families. The Matariki Star Suite has been recently decorated with a 50" smart TV, business table, a cozy sofa in the living room that can be converted into a double bed for extra guests/children. Please contact our staff for more options. Costs may apply. There are a total of 4 units in this building complex, made up of 3 x one-bedroom units and 1 x four-bedroom house. All beds in our holiday houses can be split into singles to cater to different needs. Extra beds and baby cots are also available (costs may apply). Please contact our staff for more options.

However, Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October.

Kindly noted that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures.

Please note that there is a penalty will be imposed if our team find/smell the guest smoking/vaping inside the property. Smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed in all of our properties.
