Enjoy the serenity of this recently renovated 1940's Bungalow. Beautiful old world charm constructed from native timbers, featuring high stud ceilings combined with modern living conveniences and decor. Watch the Tui's in the the large Pohutakawa, Relax in the large private garden or just enjoy the living spaces. Miami one one will become your favourite place to visit. Miami one one is situated on a 'rare' level site providing easy access to the covered entry. A large wrap around deck provides ample outdoor living spaces to enjoy. Both main bedrooms have direct access to the covered deck area. Open plan living combined with modern amenities, high stud ceilings and old world charm.
This is a new venture for me so am very proud and exited to welcome you to Miami one one. I moved to Waiheke in 2010 to this little piece of paradise to raise my daughter. We recently moved off island for schooling. Now, After having just completed a substantial renovation I offer you the opportunity to enjoy what we have loved for many years.
Miami one one is perfectly located to create your Waiheke adventure, 3 min walk to beach - (Mitchel Reserve) 'A hidden gem' or follow the coastal stroll along the 'Esplanade' to Oneroa town and Blackpool. 'All you need is right here' With the village only a few minutes walk away. Pop down to grab a coffee, breakfast or get your own supplies with Cafe's, grocery/veggie store's, Restaurant, Bakery, Takeaway, Hairdresser and and the only Irish pub on Waiheke.
