Kick back and relax in this peaceful, ecohome retreat, with stunning views to the Hawkdun range and Clutha Mata-Au River. This private and super-comfortable unit adjoins a modern family home, sustainably-designed to be warm in winter, and cool in summer. Light breakfast ingredients are provided, including a selection of teas, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, seasonal fruit and spreads. There is oil, salt and pepper for use on the barbecue. There's a small basketball court in the garden which you're welcome to use, and a range of books and games in the living room.
We love hosting guests and sharing the gorgeous views from the studio and garden. We enjoy exploring the local area whether walking or biking on the nearby trails and in the hills, and are always happy to share suggestions.
Feel like you're in the countryside while being close to town. A great base for exploring the many mountainbike and walking trails nearby. Enjoy stunning views as you walk along our quiet street to the nearby reserves and duck ponds or down into town. Feel free to use the barbecue and basketball court, then relax with a wine on the deck. Just over an hour from Queenstown airport, or 2 hours from Dunedin airport.
