Everything you need for relaxation after an adventurous day awaits you! Ocean Beach Retreat is a unique gem, one of the few true beachfront properties in Raglan. Simply stroll across the lawn and the beautiful expanse of Wainamu beach awaits you. You can enjoy picturesque strolls to Raglan Township at low tide or Nganurui and the surf. Uninterrupted views of the ocean and Raglan bar await you as you unwind in this stunning modern property. The living space is a modern open plan layout with kitchen and dining. The large living room has a gas fire to cosy up on a cooler evening. The central heating throughout the property means never a cold night here. The large dining space has plenty seating for you whole group. The highlight though has to be the stunning modern kitchen. Everything has been thought of in this space with stone benchtops, large fridge, oven, large kitchen island to gather around and butlers pantry with a second sink. Making cooking up a feast a breeze. The master bedroom has a super king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has both a queen and single bed allowing the property to accommodate up to 7 guests. These bedrooms have use of the second main bathroom also with a shower. A separate laundry room with washing machine makes up the indoor facilities. Outdoor this property just keeps getting better. The large deck wraps around the front and sides of the property providing a huge area for outdoor living. There a large comfortable sofa, another huge outdoor dining table, BBQ, outdoor shower and spa pool.

No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 7. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked. Please note that swimming is not recommended on the beach directly in front of the property due to strong currents. The property has direct access to Wainamu beach without fencing so responsibility of children solely lies with accompanying adult/s. Please note that the outdoor fireplace is currently out of order due. Sorry we are unable to host pets. Ocean Beach Retreat is located in a residential area - A noise curfew is in place between 10pm and 9am for the consideration of neighbouring properties. Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure. We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct. A BBQ is available for use during your stay. Please clean with the appropriate supplied cleaner after use. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the BBQ is found dirty. Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue outdoor rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder). Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you (details in house info folder). Electric Vehicle Charging - We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property. There is a fast charging station location beside the town hall on Bow Street. For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.
