Relax and unwind in this tranquil 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer home. Enjoy stunning upper harbour and Te Atatu Peninsula views from the full-length deck, perfect for sunset drinks. A second fully fenced outdoor area is ideal for BBQs and family dinners. The home features a master suite with ensuite and bath, two spacious bedrooms, double internal garage, and is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac close to beaches, cafes, transport, and parks. We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc.... Guests can use the entire area of the house and garden with privacy. No sharing with others.
