Modern and refurbished basement Suite. North facing and sunny. With full kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry. Beach is across the road with local 4 Square Grocery and Liquor Store a short walk down the road. Charter Club and Cafes in either directions. Parking right beside the Unit off street. Smart TV, WiFi relaxing atmosphere.
