You will have access to the entire guest suite. It's spacious, with an open plan dining/living area. There's comfortable seating suitable for relaxing and watching the wall-mounted Smart TV. Dining room table doubles as a desk. There's a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. There's a kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hot plate, toasted sandwich machine, kitchenware). You will find complimentary tea/coffee/milk/bottled water on arrival. Separate tiled bathroom (toilet, shower, handbasin). A ranch slider opens out onto a private wooden deck (patio) with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The guest suite comes with access to a hot tub and an outdoor shower. A perfect place to relax, or, for the more active, a kayak, a boogie board two push bikes are available.

There won't always be anyone on site, but if Graham is about, he will invite you for a coffee on the deck.

Ohope is an amazing place. You will be 250metres from Ohope Beach. A safe swimming beach. Ohope Beach is 11km long so plenty of space for everyone. You can literally walk for miles! From our accommodation you are walking distance to the Ohope Tavern (600m); the local Four-Square store (1.2km); Ohope Pharmacy (600m) and the Tauwhare pa site. Ohope has cafes and restaurants (Cadera and Moxi 2.9km); a bowling club; Ohope Beach Golf Links (6.2km) and three churches. There is a network of hiking tracks around Ohope and Whakatane including the Ohope Harbourside Trail - a scenic walk around Ohiwa Harbour. It's a 1.8km walk to the harbour and if you follow the trail, in 2km you will come to the Port Ohope General Store and cafe. A perfect place to grab a coffee! Ohope has a wharf and boat ramp (fishing). The first Saturday of each month the famous Ohope Craft Market is held beside the Ohope hall (600m). A place to buy local crafts and produce. The Ohope Surf Club is 2.9km.
