Entire Studio/small Holiday Home . Totally self contained with private entrance, private courtyard, small sitting room, kitchenette, washing machine, bathroom and bedroom in Pegasus , with small courtyard BBQ in close proximity to a number of restaurants., 3 mins from both the Pegasus Golf Course & Beach. 10 mins to Amberley or Rangiora.

The neighbourhood is minutes from both Pegasus Golf Course & Beach, there is a number of wetland walks close by. Restaurants and Bars are all within a 5 minute drive. Amberley which is a 15 minute drive is home to a number of wineries, it also has a authentic farmers market which meets every Saturday
