Located in a quiet residential cul de sac, just a 2 min drive from Kerikeri town, 10 min drive from the airport,15 mins away from Paihia & scenic 30 min drive to beautiful Matauri Bay. Te Wairere Falls walking track is just a 5 min walk away. Your private space includes a living area, bi-fold doors open up to a covered patio. The unit boasts a kitchenette & bathroom. One bedroom, full bathroom incl. shower and toilet, living room includes kitchenette, triple bunk bed (double bottom, single top), sofa bed and small round dining table. Outdoor covered patio includes bar area, electric double element cooktop and BBQ, large timber table to accommodate alfresco dining, with upholstered chairs for use indoors and outdoors. Guests can park directly beside the unit, providing easy loading/unloading luggage. The unit has its own private access pathway. Key lockbox provided for non contact entry and departure. Guests are welcome to roam around the 3300m2 property, to view the gardens and mini orchard, taking seasonal fruit from the orchard is permissible during your stay. All water in the unit is NON POTABLE and should be boiled before drinking. A jug of potable water will be provided for your first night, located in the fridge.

Briar and Winnie moved to Kerikeri in June 2025, having lived most of their lives in Auckland. The welcome change to semi rural life enables us to enjoy being 20 minutes away from the beach, minutes from stunning waterfalls and the beautiful surrounds of Te Pēwhairangi (The Bay of Islands). We enjoy meeting and hosting our guests and love learning about their identities, culture and travel stories.
