Welcome to Piemelon Bay Views, your perfect family holiday destination! Nestled along the picturesque Onetangi Ridgeline, our spacious house offers breathtaking views of Piemelon Bay. With a sun-drenched flat lawn, there's plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy outdoor activities or simply soak up the sun. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll ( approx 20 mins) or a quick drive, you're just minutes away from the pristine shores of Waiheke's spectacular beaches. Imagine waking up to the morning sunrise and ending your day with unforgettable sunsets, all while enjoying quality time with your loved ones. The house offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests in total. On the upper living level is the master bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom, on the ground level there are 2 further bedrooms, a queen room with ranch sliders out onto the garden and a further bunk room with 2 bunks, sleeping up to 4 guests and a second bathroom and laundry. There is an air con unit in the main living area, and oil heaters and fans are provided in the bedrooms. The property has huge upper decks with breathtaking views, which lead from the open plan lounge and dining area, and the ground level rooms all open out into the garden . Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure
