A private & modern room + en-suite seperate to the main house built in 2020 in a new subdivision. 15 minutes pathed walkway to Simpson’s beach (our favourite) , 6 minutes drive to Whitianga. On street car parking available, with private access seperate from house. Small outdoor deck with a private fence with a rural outlook. DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS THERE IS NO POOL ACCESS. Thank you
MR & MRS + their dog living in Simpson’s beach, Whitianga, NZ. Hosting our ‘Private by the Beach’ air bnb to those visiting the coromandel. Among working we are trying to live our best lives here in a beautiful place we can call home! Plenty of our days are spent with our dog at the beach, and enjoying friends company. Our AirBNB is something we take pride and care in, we love that we can host guests but give them sole privacy while they enjoy the stunning coromandel!
Simpson’s beach, Whitianga. A quiet beach area with access to the beach from where we live. The subdivision we live in is quiet and filled with permanent whitianga residents. At the back of the subdivision there is a stairway which connects you to harbour lights which is a nice walk towards whitianga. Simpson’s beach is a small walk away with a pathed walkway through the subdivision, we really love this beach and would say it’s our favourite! Please check the guide book, those are some of our fav places to eat/visit.
