This is a three bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet, one kitchen, and living/dinning holiday house. Two of bedrooms are for guests. Host stays in third one. Room-1 comes with a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate three adults in maximum. Room-2 with two standard timber single beds. -Lockable private room -shared bathroom, kitchen, living area. -Handy to The Good Shepherd Church, Lake Shore/Town Center/4-Square Supermarket/Restaurants/Cafe,etc. Easy access to Highway and InterCity Bus stop. - Outdoor space and lovely garden -Plenty of free and legal car parking spaces inside the premises and on the street. -Unlimited internet -Renovated in 2020 and fully equipped Kitchen. Guests can cook. -Self check-in.
I'm John, the host and a retired man. I stay in the house. If you need help during the stay I'm happy to assist.
It's a quiet community beside highway 8. In walking distance to the Church and Centre. So far, there are plenty of free parking spaces everywhere in Lake Tekapo
