Quest Carlaw Park reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately and request full payment for accommodation and other costs incurred at any point during the stay if this policy is violated. Guests will be escorted off the property immediately.
The property's reception opening hours are:

- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 08:00 to 16:00
Guests arriving outside reception hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.
A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
