Property info

A 1920's art deco building completely refurbished in 2014. We have 17 fully equipped studios, 17 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. All apartments have a king bed. Guests planning to arrive by car must contact the property in advance to reserve a parking space. Parking is limited and is subject to availability.

Neighborhood info

We are near to the Hnry Stadium and only 400 meters from the Wellington Central Railway Station and Bluebridge Ferry Terminal. We are close to many foreign embassies (with a 500 meter radius) and many government ministries and organizations.
