This modern holiday home is perfectly positioned directly across the road from the beach, offering spectacular ocean views from the open-plan living area. Designed to make the most of its coastal setting, the home provides a relaxed and comfortable space to enjoy time away with family and friends. The living area flows out to a side deck ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the sea air. Spark up the BBQ get grilling for a classic kiwi feast mealtimes will be a breeze. The property also features seasonal fruit trees, avocado and feijoa, which guests are welcome to pick and enjoy during their stay. With two bathrooms and two toilets, the home offers plenty of convenience and space. Rehutai is equipped with WIFI, a Smart TV with Freeview for entertainment if the weather has you indoors, and a heat pump for year-round comfort.

Spend your days down on the beach just a short walk away, building sandcastles, going for a swim to cool off, or sharing a good old-fashioned picnic. For a real Bay of Islands adventure, why not try parasailing, take a dolphin-watching cruise to The Hole in the Rock, or take the ferry to Russell or head out on a fishing charter! Visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds for a memorable experience, rich with history and stories waiting to be uncovered. In the centre of Paihia town, everything you may need is at hand - try out the delicious local restaurants and cafes or take a ride through the Bay of Islands to explore different areas. Rehutai is also less than a 5 minute drive away from the local Woolworths supermarket. Everything that the Bay of Island’s has to offer is right on your doorstep.
