Situated on a large flat section, and backing onto a native bush reserve which attracts lot's of native bidlife, and catches the all day sun. It is ideal for families with small children with plenty of room to play on the shared section, and a tyre swing in the tree for little ones. All the comforts of home can be found including a full kitchen, laundry, and BBQ (no dishwasher sorry!). The kitchen is very well equipped for your holiday needs with pots, plates, cutlery etc and has a full stove, microwave, air fryer, and a large fridge/freezer. The house has polished Kauri floors throughout the kitchen and lounge, with carpeted bedrooms. The lounge has 2 comfortable couches, and a 42'' LED TV. There are also some complimentary movies, outdoor games, board games, kids games, and books for you to use while you stay. There are 2 safe swimming beaches for kids approximately 500M walk from the house (high tide).
Quiet Neighbourhood within walking distance to multiple beaches, town, the wharf, restarants, bars, and playgrounds.
