Welcome to our home! This cozy double room is situated in Ravenswood, Woodend. 10 mins. drive to Pegasus Beach and 12 mins. drive to Woodend Beach perfect for swimming. Nearby amenities include New World supermarket, Harvey Norman, petrol stations, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and more. Christchurch CBD is only a 30-minute drive. Christchurch Airport is only 20 minutes away. The Room: Room is furnished with a queen bed, linens, built- in wardrobe, and fresh towel. Guest will have to come through the living and kitchen area in order to access the room. Guests are welcome to use the living room, dining area, kitchen, and backyard.
We are a couple in our early 30s.
We are in a quiet, new, and friendly neighbourhood.
