Centrally located in beautiful Mangawhai Heads. A short stroll to the estuary and short drive to surf beach. Close proximity to cafe, bars and restaurants. The Mangawhai golf course is a few minutes away, with world reknown Te Arai Links a half hours drive. Please note I live in the main house, and the studio is a separate building on the property with its own entrance.

I enjoy living by the beach, entertaining friends & family. Love gardening, playing tennis, enjoying the great local walks and swimming at our beautiful beaches.

Sailrock Drive is a quiet residential street with a balance of holiday homes and permanent residents.
