Amazing spot on top of a hill from which you have an amazing view of both sunset and dawn. Lovely host, plus you get cuddle Nisha free of charge (the happiest and sweetest German shepard that there is. Very clean as well. Great shower, bathroom and kitchen

Absolutely Fabulous location. Boutique brewery across the road, excellent Thai Restaurant, better than the city one minute away, 3 minutes to other restaurants & 4 square+ chemist. 10 minutes drive to surf beach.

Omaha is just lovely.

Omaha is just lovely. Fantastic beach, calm sea with great views across the bay. Matakana is just a short drive away with a lovely market on Saterdays, great choice of resturants and wine estates to visist. If wine is'nt your thing there's a lovely Breweery close by too.

Great long white sand beach with safe swimming.

Great long white sand beach with safe swimming. Great local superette very well stocked. Omaha region has lots to offer - Sawmill brewery was a surprise highlight for eats/drinks, Matakana, Leigh, interesting coast, reptile zoo well worth a visit, spoilt for choice with good wineries. Recommend Rothko/Sculptureum for both dining and sculptures, Farmer's Daughter superb breakfast/lunch. Omaha itself great for families or romantic getaway. We were surprised at how much there is to see and do locally, don't know how it took us so long to get there.
