Step into a one-of-a-kind glamping experience in this Mongolian-style yurt. Whether you are escaping for a romantic weekend, a digital detox, or a serene retreat, this luxurious space offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Just steps from the yurt itself, you will find a covered deck, locally crafted kitchen and bathroom. How does a long soak in the outdoor bath or a glass of wine around the campfire as the festoon lights twinkle above sound?
We are new to the Matakana area and are absolutely loving the gentler way of life here. We love hosting and look forward to sharing our little bit of paradise with you.
We are located in lovely Matakana just an hour from Auckland. A pleasant 15 minute stroll from the yurt and you will be at the charming village and vibrant market held every Saturday morning. There are lots of eating options, lovely shops, many beautiful white sand beaches in the area and a cycleway near by.
